Have fun and create your own one of a kind Flower Petal Tutu! Our Petal tutus are filled with many colorful flower petals along with silver tinsel that is scattered through out.
You pick the tulle color, petal color, ribbon for the bow, and the waist size. Then leave the rest to us!
Keep in mind the x small tutu is 6" long and the three other sizes are 12" long. We can always put a smaller waist in the 12" tutu if you wish You will need to order the small size and let us know you need the smaller wiast.
