Your order from Fuzzy Me will arrive via USPS Standard Mail within 14-21 business days of receiving your order. Some designers will ship faster than others and depending on stock and time it takes to make your order. Please let us know when placing your order if there is a rush request and we will do our best to get it done for you sooner, keep in mind there may be an additional fee applied to your order for rush request If there is an issue filling your order, we will email you.

Fuzzy Me wants your shopping experience to be completely worry free. We will be glad to make an exchange for an unused and undamaged item within ten (10) days of your purchase. Please note that all custom made tutus and personalized/monogrammed items cannot be returned.T he package must be shipped prepaid and insured. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
