This tutu is filled with many beautiful Hearts and also have silver tinsel scattered through out to give it a little sparkle.

The X Small tutu is approximately 6" long with a 18" waist. Our bloomers look great with the small tutu, they are a perfect match. The other three sizes are approximatley 12" long with a 2O" waist or larger. If you would like the 12" length with a smaller waist please let us know in the comments section. We can make any size you need. |
