Our Birthday Party Tutu is the perfect way for your little one to celebrate her big day! She will look so cute wearing this fun Tutu & T!

It is filled with colorful ribbons and pom poms with lots of silver tinsel scatterd throught out. A pretty bow will be placed at the waist to match the color you choose.  All you need to do is pick your favorite color, size and number then leave the rest to us.

The small tutu is approximately 6" long with a 18" waist. Our Birthday cake bloomers look so cute with the x small size they are a perfect match. The other sizes are approximately 12" long with a 20" waist or larger.

If you would like the 12" length with a smaller waist.... you need to order tutu for a 2-4 year old and please let us know in the comment section what size waist you need.We can make any size you need.
