Our Pastel Birthday Party Tutu is the perfect way for your little one to celebrate her big day! She will have so much fun wearing this colorful tutu!  It is filled with swirls of pastel ribbons and fluffy pom poms with lots of silver tinsel scatterd throught out. A fun pastel striped ribbon along with a satin ribbon to match the tutu are tied at the waist.

All you need to do is pick your favorite tulle color & size then leave the rest to us.

The small tutu is approximately 6" long with a 18" waist.  The other sizes are approximately 12" long with a 20" waist or larger.  If you would like the 12" length with a 18" waist.... you need to order tutu for a 2-4 year old and please let us know in the comment section what size waist you need.
