The tutu is filled with many beautiful Hearts it also have silver tinsel scattered through out to give it a little sparkle.

Their is a pink and red satin ribbon place at the waist. Choose from our other beautiful Heart tutus even create your own.

The X Small tutu is approximately 6" long with a 18" waist.  The other three sizes are approximatley 12" long with a 2O" waist or larger. If you would like the 12" length with a smaller waist order the size small and let us know the waist measurement you need.
